I am also a Prosci certified professional and as a Prosci certified professional at KPMG, I contribute to every phase of ADKAR while leading communications and eLearning training programs. I oversee a multi-channel communications initiative, providing comprehensive guidance on change initiatives to support teams throughout transitions.
Additionally, I design and execute change management projects, conducting impact assessments and identifying key success indicators. My focus lies in understanding business needs and prioritizing change management efforts to align with organizational goals and optimize ROI.
